Can I come alone?
Of course. The majority of our guests come alone. The same therapist will accompany you from arrival to departure, and if you wish, you can opt for a silent session.
What is the difference between the women's area and the mixed area?
In our women-only area, there are hamam, scrub, foam, massage, and relaxation sections; only female guests are allowed in this area, and the entire staff, including reception, is female. The mixed massage section is an independent area with a separate entrance, changing, and relaxation area; the two areas are not connected.
Can I prefer a female therapist in the mixed area?
Yes. You can specify your preferred therapist gender during the reservation; it will be confirmed based on availability, and payment will not be taken without confirmation.
What should I bring with me?
You don't need to bring anything. We provide the pestamal, slippers, disposable underwear, hairbands, and care products. Just bring your personal medications.
Can I come during pregnancy or postpartum?
After the first three months, you can come with your doctor's approval. We kindly ask you to fill out a health form during the reservation; the temperature, duration, and treatment will be adjusted accordingly. We have a separate ritual for postpartum care.
Can I reschedule my appointment during my period?
Yes. You can reschedule your appointment for free up to 24 hours in advance; a short message is sufficient, no explanation is needed.
Can I take photos inside?
The use of phones and photography in common areas is restricted for the privacy of all our guests. It is free in sessions where the space is reserved for you, such as Private Hamam and bridal hamam.
Can I bring my child?
Girls aged 0-12 are accepted in our women-only area with their mothers, provided prior notice is given. The age limit for boys is 6 years.
